1. Service Description

MarketBoost24 provides an automated marketing content generation service. Users submit listing information (URL, images, keywords) and receive a "BoostPack" containing an optimized video, title, description, and social media posts to help promote their listings.

2. Account Requirements

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order enters the generation pipeline.
• Generated content is delivered via your account dashboard and email.

4. Refund Policy

If our service fails to generate your BoostPack and the issue cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered BoostPacks, as the digital content is generated specifically for your listing.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all images and content you upload.
• Upon delivery, you receive full usage rights to the generated BoostPack content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the images you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Use the service to generate content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Resell the service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of generated marketing content in terms of sales results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of our place of establishment.
